My name is Brad Klatke and I’m the owner of ARK Home Inspections + Radon Detection and InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector®. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and enjoying a wide variety of outdoor activities. Before becoming a licensed home inspector, I worked for 30 years in the construction industry.

My name is Jacob Diaz, after 18 years of commercial building and equipment inspections for Target Corporation I decided to join ARK Inspections in the residential market. Empowering home buyers, while educating them on their purchase has become more fulfilling as we work with them on one of their biggest investments we can make as homeowners.
